Question by Just_Asking: How many days should a person rest after sex?

Sometimes after sex, I get minore aches and pains between my nuts and butt hole. My girlfriend and I have sex like everyday. Is the pain coming from overstraining my prostate gland? or what is it?..I want positive feedback from people who have experienced this or know something related to this problem..Thank you.
