Why does the condom get stuck in my vagina after sex?

This occassionally happens after sex. He pulls out and the condom does not come out with him. Has this ever happened to anyone else and is it normal? Will it have an increased risk of the sperm going into me and cause the condom to be ineffective?

Losing one there pretty much renders it useless. Smaller size maybe
